Achieving the appearance of radient and truly healthy skin is always a goal for everyone. Every women feel prettiest when she is confident about her skin. The basic skin care routine involves Cleansing, toning , Exfoliation and Moisturising.

Skin care tips are another easy way to gradually improve your quality of life. Being healthy is the biggest step to healthy skin. More than anything else, sun protection will help to prevent the aging of your skin, The sun is largely responsible for wrinkling, blotchy pig entation, thinning of the skin, broken blood vessels, dryness, texture changes, uneven color and some sun related skin diseases that make the skin look older. Daily use of sunscreen products with at least an SPF of 15 along with protective clothing such as full-brimmed hats, long sleeved blouses and shirts, and slacks instead of shorts will greatly reduce the aging of the skin and the possibility of skin cancer. Facial skin care should also be of concern and sunglasses should be worn while outside. This will protect the eyelids from aging and will help reduce crows feet by reducing the squinting which comes from sun exposure without eye protection. Appropriate use of moisturizers or certain ingredients can slow down aging, increase the glow of your skin, and combat blotches and blemishes.
Exfoliants remove dead cells from the skin, rejuvenate the skin and eliminate fine lines and wrinkles from the face. The younger skin that surfaces after exfoliation naturally looks more beautiful and glowing. For an intensive moisture treatment use pure vitamin E, or aloe vera oil. It is available in liquid form, or just break open a capsule and apply the oil directly to the skin. This is a great under eye treatment. Toners not only cleanse the skin further and help in removing any remnants of particles that you may have left behind but also cools, nourishes, hydrates and freshens up your skin. It tightens up skin and close up any skin pores that may have opened up while deep cleansing the face. Deep cleansing is vital as it keeps pores clear and skin healthy. Cleansing products should be as chemical-free as possible. Deodorant soaps should not be used on your face. They clean with harsh ingredients and leave a detergent film behind. This could aggravate your skin and clog your pores. After cleansing you should always add a moisturizing lotion to replenish the natural oils that have been removed.

For a glowing, healthy complexion that beats the heat of summer, you need to concentrate on the essentials. But before starting a skin care routine ,analyse your skin type( dry, oily or a combination of the two). Analysing could be a little tricky and misleading. For example: The most moist skin on your face may not be due to oily skin but perspiration.Or, a dry skin care may be due to a harsh astringent. So, I would suggest you get your skin professionally analysed at least once a year.
Skin care Tips
- Warm honey and mix with lemon juice and apply on to face. Wash after it dry.
- Mix cream on the top of milk and all-purpose flour and apply that paste on to your skin avoid eyes, eyebrows and lips. Shower after 5 minutes. This will make skin smooth.
- Massage your skin with milk. Milk has moisturizer, it will keep your skin smooth.
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day.
- Mix honey in water and drink daily in the morning to keep your skin shiny and smooth.
- Take food which contains more A and C vitamin.
- Mix curds with wheat flour and apply to your skin and take shower after 5 minutes.
- For natural bleaching: - mix milk and lemon juice. The milk will break as soon as you mix the lemon juice in it. Use that mixture to massage on your body. It works as natural bleaching.
- Mix turmeric and cream on the top of milk, massage that mixture to body.
Functions of the Skin
It protects our insides, act as a vehicle of elimination to help eccrete the body's toxic waste, and provide us with an inbuilt thermostat (we sweat when we feel hot, and increase our energy supllies by shievering when we feel cold). Most important of all, we do most of our breathing through our skin.

- Does your skin feel tight and flaky? If so, it is probably dry skin. Remember thet thirsty skin needs water, not oil, so drink plenty of water, and use moistures with a high water content.
- Oily Skin? Avoid harsh products that will strip the skin of oil and encourage flakiness. Instead, opt for an oil-based cleanser, which dissolves sebum, and moisturize with an oil-free lotion.
- If you are unlucky enough to have genuinely sensitive skin, avoid products that contain known allergens such as fragrance, live plant extracts or lanolin.
- Combination Skin have a T-zone that is generally oilier that other areas, with the cheeks suffering from intermittent drness, so the best way treat combinationskin is to treat it in a seperate sections.
